Common Installation Issues

"Parse error" during installation

The APK wasn't fully downloaded β€” delete it and re-download. Also check that your system is Android 6.0 or higher.

System won't allow installation

The settings path differs by phone brand. Samsung: Settings β†’ Biometrics and Security. Xiaomi: Settings β†’ Privacy Protection β†’ Special Permissions.

Can't find Binance after switching Apple ID

Check if the App Store interface has changed to English. If it's still in Chinese, the account switch wasn't successful.
